When can we check-in?


2pm. You can always come and drop your luggage to enjoy your day. We will bring them in your room. 

 


Until when can we stay in the room?


We ask you to leave your room at 11am latest on your last day. You can leave your luggage at the B&B until 6pm. 


is breakfast included?


Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms for the B&B but not for the holiday house.



When is breakfast served?


Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. Due to Covid-19, breakfast is at the moment served in your bedroom.

Is it possible to have a lactose/gluten free breakfast?



Of course. Make sure to mention it in your booking so that we can prepare it accordingly.



Are pets allowed?


Well-educated cats and dogs are allowed in the B&B. However, we ask you to bring a pet basket. Our couches and beds do not really like pets’ contact.

Is there a bicycle shed?


Yes. It is advised to close it. We ask you to charge your batteries in your room when you are there, for safety. 

Is it possible to rent a bicycle?


We work together with Best Bikes, which is at walking distance from the B&B. You can book your bike by calling +32 58 32 98 18.

Is it possible to park for free?


The B&B is in blue zone, meaning that you can only park for free for 30min. However, the parallel street, Schipstraat, is free.

How far is the closest public transportation?   


The bus and tram stop is 400m away from the B&B. The tram will bring you along the coastline from De Panne to Knokke. The bus will make you discover the inland, Veurne, Diksmuide, etc.

How far is the sea?


The se ais 3.7km away from the B&B. You can enjoy a nice 45min walk next to the harbour’s canal, or go there by bike or tram.

Do I have to pay a deposit?


During the Covid-19 crisis, no deposit is required. However, in a normal situation, we ask a 25€ deposit.

How can I pay?


You can pay cash, via Bancontact, Payconic, Visa or MasterCard.

What happens if I cannot come?


If you book directly via us, please contact us to find another date or cancel your booking for free.

If you book via a booking platform, you have to reach out to them.

How can I offer a gift voucher?


Our gift vouchers are digital. You can therefore order them via email or phone.
